The BTEC Extended is a vocational course which combines theory and practical methods of learning in a range of different units,including The Body in Sport,Training and Fitness,Sports Coaching,Sports Nutrition,Sports Psychology and Exercise,Health & Lifestyle. The course is assessed by work produced throughout the year by the students,made up of a mixture of written and practical assignments. The Extended Diploma qualification is equivalent to 3 A - Levels.
