The level 2 Exercise to Music certificate is the practical element for the full qualifications to become an Exercise to Music instructor (prerequisite is the CYQ level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification). You will learn through a mixture of practical and theory workshops taught by a team of highly qualified professional and experienced teachers trainers and assessors. On completion you will be able to work as a freelance selfemployed instructor or at a health leisure and fitness centre. The units covered are: 1. How to plan and teach safe and effective exercise to music sessions2. The principles of training3. How to adapt exercise to suit varied fitness levels4. How to use a range of teaching skills5.
