During your Apprenticeship you will develop your skills in understanding and meeting your customers? needs. Dealing with customers face to face, by telephone or by written correspondence, may be part of your daily routine, as well as developing administration skills to support the customer service delivery within your organisation. This experience could be gained in a shop, office or hotel for example. Having developed these skills and advanced within the organisation, you could progress on to the Advanced Apprenticeship where you would be required to improve the customer relationship and service delivery within your organisation, provide appropriate solutions to customer service problems and monitor the outcome.

Name: Intermediate Apprenticeship Customer Service Level 2 Qualification title: NVQ in Customer Service Qualification type: Assessment It is the assessor's role to evaluate your competencies directly; they must be sure you have met and shown evidence for all the required performance and knowledge criteria. When your assessor is satisfied that you have met all the requirements for a unit, they will confirm this by signing the evidence record sheet for that unit to show that the assessment process is complete. Your assessor will also work with you to find the best source of evidence to use for particular units and to identify the best way to assess you.
