This is a level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration and will normally take a learner about 1 year to complete. The successful candidate will gain a level 2 Certificate in Business Administration NVQ together with additional training and support in Maths, English and ITQ if necessary. It will help candidates to develop an understanding of the structure of organisations, the role of administrators and centralised services within an organisation, administration systems and standards and the importance of effective communication within an organisation It is an ideal starting qualification for anyone wishing to advance in a career in business administration
