This course is designed for both beginners to researching family history and those with experience. Each session consists of a short taught element (on topics agreed with the learners at the beginning of the course), discussion and sharing progress made and problems encountered, followed by time for individual research using computers with access to Ancestry.com. Learners are encouraged, but not required, to undertake individual projects to record their researches.
