On this course you will study a variety of health related area such as legislation communication and sociology. You will complete work experience in a variety of settings including residential homes to work as a volunteer and to share good practice. You will also have the opportunity to vistit universities to experience student life. This course is an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills knowledge and experise in all aspects of health and social care with adults and children. An integral part of the course is attending a range of placements that offer the opportunity to develop skills further and relate theory to practice again with children and adults.
