Students will explore and develop their skills in traditional black and white darkroom printing techniques, studio lighting and digital photography via a creative project. There is a contextual and historical element to the course across all units that may require students to visit galleries. 2. The personal investigation is a visual record of the student@s response to the work of a photographer of their choice, exploring materials, processes and techniques. 3. The controlled assignment is set by OCR and students will be encouraged to explore and express ideas through various methods of their choice. The research will be done in advance of the examination date. Course Content: A2 Level 1. Students choose their own area of study for their project. 2. Students conduct their personal study into an area of photography that is of particular interest to them. 3.
