Get to know your Sewing Machine

This course will enable you to learn the different functions of your sewing machine and learn how to do your own simple maintenance to keep it in good working order. You will create a portfolio of samples to use for future reference.The course will be taught through practical demonstrations and hands on activities.Students will be able to progress on to the NCFE Level 1 Dressmaking, Level 2 City & Guilds in Patchwork and Quilting, Level 2 City & Guilds in Embroidery or the College Certificate in Patchwork and Quilting.
