The course content will cover the unit below, which is integral to adding value to the individual and the organisation. 1. Key principles of Management and Leadership This 26 week course starts in September and completes in March the following year.Taught sessions with group discussions, problem-solving and work based activities to enable you to put theory into practice. IT skills, presentation techniques and communication skills will be taught and builds from level 2 qualifications, and enables candidates to learn and use a number of differing relevant disciplines in the workplace. The Units are assignment based and internally assessed.Upon successful completion of the course, students can progress to Level 3 Certificate in Management.
