Hot and Spicy - Chinese and Thai

Students will learn how to cook a variety of dishes from the Far East and gain insight into the cuisine and culture of China, Malaysia and Thailand. The tutor will demonstrate how to cook the dishes and students will have the opportunity to taste them. A College Certificate will be awarded on request.The tutor will demonstrate how to cook the dishes. A list of ingredients and methods to follow is provided to each student, who will then cook the dishes the following week.Students can enrol onto other cookery or cake courses run at Eastleigh College.
