The Health and Safety level 3 qualification is delivered fully in the workplace and the Mandatory units are: Ensure responsibility for actions to reduce risks to health and safety Develop procedures to safely control work operations Monitor procedures to safely control work operations Promote a culture of health and safety in the workplace Conduct a H&S risk assessment of the workplaceOnce you have enrolled onto the programme you will be assigned an assessor that will visit you in the workplace regularly. They will complete assessment plans and reviews with you to keep you on target. They will support you in the collection of the required evidence needed for your qualification through different assessment methods such as; professional discussion, observations, written questions, verbal questions, witness statements and any assignments.Once you have completed this course you can progress onto the level 5 Health and Safety as long as your job role meets the criteria.
