Bollywood Dance 6 - 7pm(Funded by Staffs County Council)

Suitable for all body shapes, ages (19+) and abilities. Bollywood Dance is an energetic mix of modern and traditional styles. Bollywood Dance is a great way to keep fit and have fun. The diverse moves will encourage an all over body exercise that will promote flexibility and strength. Each session will consist of a warm up, exploring dance moves to music and finishing with a cool down period. By the end of the course participants will have learnt the dance steps to two Bollywood songs.
