Beginners Course- No previous experience is necessary, just an interest in sugarcraft and keen to learn new skills. The Intermediate - Advanced Course- is for Students who have attended a beginner's course or have knowledge in sugarcraft and keen to learn new skills. Beginners This is a relaxed, fun course which covers sugarcraft and cake decorating skills. The following topics will be covered - - Making a variety of simple flowers from flower paste - Royal icing - runouts, collars, brush embroidery - Bas - relief - patchwork - quilting - Art Deco - Modelling Intermediate - Advanced The following topics will be covered - - Making a variety of flowers from flower paste (Peony, Bark) - Arrangement of flowers (flowers tbc to go onto the log) - Royal icing - runouts, collars, brush embroidery - Bas - relief - patchwork - quilting - Christmas Cake Decoration and decorate a cake with run - out collars and floodwork
