If you are interested in cars or are looking to work in a garage and prefer to learn through practical tasks, activities and exercises then this is the course for you. Through doing this course you will learn basic workshop skills which will prepare you for a future career in the motor vehicle industry. The course offers a practical hands - on approach to motor vehicle maintenance and repair covering a range of subjects to give you an understanding of how cars work, including- - Engines - Braking - Suspension - Steering - Vehicle Electrics. In addition, you will learn skills that are required in any career choice, including health & safety, confidence building, social and practical skills, and English and Maths.
