Our ICT Apprenticeship has two main routes - one focusing on those developing IT user support skills and and the other focusing on ICT systems. IT User route: IT User Apprenticeship - IT User C&G Diploma Level 2 IT User Advanced Apprenticeship - IT User C&G Diploma Level 3 ICT Practitioner or Professional route: ICT Practitioner Apprenticeship - ICT Systems and Principles C&G Award Level 2 plus ICT Competence C&G Diploma Level 2. ICT Professional Advanced Apprenticeship - ICT Systems and principles C&G Certificate Level 3 plus ICT Professional Competence C&G Diploma Level 3
