West Cheshire College has a wealth of experience working within this sector and we have many care homes and NHS Trusts on our client list. This gives us strong credibility in this sector, so you can rely on us to help you recruit and train your Apprentices.  The Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship will provides individuals with the skills and knowledge required to work flexibly across a range of settings in the care sector. They provide a sound basis for skills development for those working with families, health and social services and residential care homes. The programme includes the NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care, a Certificate in Health and Social Care and Apprentices also improve their Key/Functional Skills and gain an understanding of Employment Rights and Responsibilities.
