A work based learning programme for 16 - 18 year olds which includes on the job training and qualifications in Functional Skills English & maths, plus a WorkSkills Level 1 Award. The programme lasts for 13 - 20 weeks depending on an individual's needs with progression routes into Apprenticeships or work with training.
