This course offers students an initial step into this area of growing interest. During the course students will develop confidence in their ability to work learn and achieve through the personal skills units. You will also identify the importance of good customer service and the consequences of poor customer service and this course wil prepare you for potential employment in the Travel and Tourism industry.
