Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) Level 3

The CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce prepares you to become an Early Years Educator, enabling you to work with children from birth to 5 years and gain knowledge of children aged 5 to 7 years. This course is delivered part time for learners aged 19 years and above, leading to a nationally recognised qualification for working with children.

Name: Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) Level 3 Qualification title: Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) (QCF) Qualification type: Assessment Assessment is a combination of direct observation within a workplace, portfolio of evidence and written assignments. Work/placement hours are 15 hours per week for a minimum of 30 weeks up to 45 weeks and must include working with 0-1 year 11 months, 2-2 years 11months and 3-5 years. A longitudinal study will also be completed to observe, assess and plan for children?s needs.
