This course looks to introduce you to basic techniques in sugar flowers, it is aimed at those who are new to the subject or those with basic knowledge and skills of making sugar flowers. The course will introduce you to: - Use of equipment, tools and material used in sugar flower production - Particular emphasis on design, organisation, hygiene and safety By the end of the course the learner will have gained experience in making flowers and foliage. Learners will have an appreciation of colour, design. proportion and texture applicable to the subject. Many of our learners come to study with us as we have industry-experienced tutors who have showcased learners work at Cake International 2015 (Bolton College won 'Best College & Group Display') and has also been featured in the National Press (Vogue Magazine - February 2015).
