Have you always wanted to learn how to make you own sweet & sour dish or egg fried rice? This course will show you culinary techniques in oriental flavours and cuisine. You will be looking at exotic ingredients and new and unfamiliar techniques. You will build on your confidence in the kitchen to go that step further. You will learn about equipment, spices, dim sum, noodles and many more favourite take away dishes. Many of our learners come to study with us because they get to work in one of the best facilities in the country with our state of the art kitchens. We have a very experienced skilled team of lecturers who are industry trained who will help you to achieve your goals.
