This popular course focuses on essential skills that professional chefs use in the trade. If you are an amateur cook with some knowledge of the kitchen you would really benefit from this course. You will build on your confidence in the kitchen to go that step further. You will learn advanced techniques and use of ingredients that you would find in fine dining restaurants. Many of our learners come to study with us because they get to work in one of the best facilities in the country with our state of the art kitchens. We have a very experienced skilled team of lecturers who are industry trained who will help you to achieve your goals.
