Well this taster course is the place to start. Simple cookery can be fun and you can please family and friends with a homemade dish. Don't be afraid to put your creative side to the test by coming along to this short taster session to see what catering is all about. Many of our learners come to study with us as we have industry-trained tutors who have worked in high profile establishments and who can pass on their wealth of knowledge and skills.
