This course aims to give you the knowledge necessary to begin supporting learners within a school setting. It can apply to the different roles that full and part time support staff may fulfill including: administrative roles, site support roles, technical roles and volunteers, as well as those roles that work directly with children and young people in the school environment. The course content is divided into two units. Successful completion of Unit 1 will enable learners to progress onto Unit 2.
