Complementary Therapy has been a growing industry over the past 20 years being recognised for its involvement in maintaining good health and helping individual with varied disorders and stresses of life. This course will provide you with knowledge of the principles of reflexology and how to practice reflexology in a commercial setting. You'll learn the theory behind reflexology, how to deal with clients and how to plan effective treatments. You will also learn how to reflect upon the outcomes of a treatment, provide aftercare and offer a series of treatments to achieve a desirable result. Complementary has been recognised by the National Health Service and a lot of the treatments are offered by NHS. The course is a QCF recognised qualification. This Diploma enables you to practice as a therapist and supports the acquisition of public liability insurance. The course is comprehensive in its delivery of both theory and practical elements. Within the course you will need to complete case studies, assignments and exams.
