'' This course is intended to further your cake decorating skills, covering a wide range of techniques including pastillage work, wedding cakes, wired flowers and modelling. Various mediums shall be used in the practical tasks, to further both your knowledge and skill in this subject. Regular tasks will be set by the tutor and there are three mandatory units to complete; including protfolio of your work and a presentation of a final craft item using cake decoration. On completion of the course you will gain an NCFE Level 2 certificate in our chosen craft of cake decoration. ''
