'' Certificate in Preparing to Work in Early Years Education and Care (VRQ) CACHE Level 3 is equivalent to 2 'A' Levels. This course is part of the CACHE suite of qualifications. The Level 3Certificate inPreparing to Work in Early Years Education and Care and the Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care (Early Years Educator) are two separate one year courses. Students who successfully complete the Certificate can apply to progress in the following year to the Diploma. This course prepares learners to become Early Years Educators, enabling them to work with children from birth to five years and to gain knowledge of children from five to seven years.Upon achievement of this qualification it is intended that learners will be able to enter the workforce of Early Years Educators or access Higher Education. You will spend two days each week in a supervised work placement. ''
