3 day course in confidence & self esteem, self-marketing skills and interview prep. By the end of the course learners will have a CV, will have had a mock interview in the job field of their choice, and have had an IAG session to turn their awareness of their strengths and barriers into an action plan personalised to them. The courses are intended to raise aspirations and support self-sufficiency while also supporting progression in a personalised way.
