This course will cover more complex dishes to enable learners to demonstrate a deeper understanding of food preparation and to further develop a range of cooking and other kitchen techniques and presentation skills to produce a wide of range of dishes. The course has been very successful in developing people's skills ready to go onto higher level courses that prepare them for work in the sector.
