Cookery - Indian street food snacks and party food

UPDATED 20150827 15:15:26

For those 'foodies' amongst you, South East Asia can be a culinary adventure! Join us for an action packed day full of regional cuisine inspired by the street food dining culture in Asia. Tucking in to street food is the best way to experience the true culinary history of a country. You don't have to travel to south-east Asia or hit the streets of Asian cities to experience the multicultural movement that is street food. Your tutor is passionate about Asian street food, inspired by extensive travels across Asia. You will learn how to create amazing flavours, blending herbs and spices and making dipping sauces and accompaniments. The dishes cooked can either be cooked as vegetarian or non-vegetarian dishes. We believe that people learn best by doing, hence our course include a mixture of hands on work and Tutor Demonstrations to ensure that you get the most out of your day. We begin with a comprehensive spice trail which looks at the various herbs, sauces and spices used in Asian cuisine. Learners will explore and discover a very rich diversity of Asian street foods.
