The DTLLS programme is a part-time two year programme delivered in partnership with the University of Warwick Centre for Lifelong Learning. During the programme, the trainees will develop their knowledge and skills in teaching and training, in learning and the learning environment and in becoming a reflective practitioner.In Year 1 of the Diploma, the focus of the teaching and learning will be based on practice within the immediate learning environment; in Year 2, participants will be encouraged to broaden their focus and investigate the wider area within the lifelong learning sector
