Traditional British Cookery

Explore the delights of traditional British dishes using seasonal and local ingredients. Under the guidance of an experienced chef you will create mouth-watering starters, main courses and desserts. The first week of the course will consist of a demonstration by the tutor, thereafter you will be required to bring along your own ingredients on a weekly basis, as advised by the tutor.
