Basic Massage - An Introduction

An opportunity to learn basic massage skills and achieve relaxation and stress relief. You will also learn to recognise how tension is held in the body and basic anatomy elements. Learn how you can perform this therapy on family and friends. The course will also cover contra indications and benefits. The course will cover full body massage as well as suitable massage oils. You should be prepared to both give and receive treatments. Course Learning Objectives: 1. To give a full basic body massage2. To use a variety of techniques3.
