Have you ever wanted to play music? This is your opportunity to learn in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. All tunes are taught by ear so there is no need to read music. We will also look at aspects of ornamentation and the skills required for playing together in a group and performing. Discover your inner fiddler, flautist or mandolin player! By the end of the course you can expect to be able to do the following: •Plays tunes such as jigs, reels, polkas and hornpipes by ear. •Learn skills to improve listening and performing. •Enjoy playing as part of a group. •Discuss aspects of music and playing together with like – minded people.
