The Construction Diploma is a college-based qualification and can lead to an NVQ. All units are topped up into NVQ units once students find a job in the trade as a Painter or Decorator. The Level 1 diploma is designed for students who would like to progress to Level 2 at Craft Level. This qualification requires no work-based evidence and all training will take place within the College. External exams will cover practical, theory and functional skills in Maths, IT and English. You must attend College for all timetabled hours.
