Business Administration - NVQ Level 2

This course is designed to build upon the fundamental office skills gained at Level 2, or introduce students to a variety of jobs within an office environment and to gain valuable office skills. After completing NVQ Level 2 students will have the confidence to apply for jobs within this field. Students will study office systems and procedures and learn how important it is to be an effective and co-operative team member and how to communicate with colleagues at all levels. Students will gain skills in telephone, reception, word processing, health and safety, stock, spreadsheets and databases work within a realistic working environment.
