You will create your own work from initial ideas through to final outcomes and learn how to present them to achieve their maximum visual impact. You will produce a coursework portfolio and your response to an externally set assignment. These will contain personal research and development, using the mark making and textile techniques taught throughout the course. The second year will give you the skills to design original textile work of your own, by combining a range of textile techniques and materials.
