This is a short course in which you can explore issues that may inhibit your personal growth and find strategies for dealing with them. Past courses have covered topics such as fears and experiences, tuning-in exercises, stretch, breath & hum, love-lists, strengths & assets, expectations, goals, energy, reflective skills, preparing to give a talk and creating a personal ad.
