Mindfulness

UPDATED 20150819 10:26:53

In our modern, busy lives, we constantly multi task. It's easy to lose awareness of the present moment as when we become lost in our efforts to juggle work, home, finances, and other conflicting demands. Living your life under constant pressure can have serious health implications. It can also decrease our quality of life and relationships. Mindfulness is all about training your brain to become more aware of what is happening as it is happening. It's being used in schools and universities, and workplaces across the world. This year it's been practiced by world leaders at the economic forum, is being taught to soldiers in the US Military, and is fast becoming a core component of leadership development programmes. The aim of this course is to teach you a number of well-researched, highly effective methods of dealing with the challenges you face in life.
