The objective of this fun course is to enable you to produce a variety of International spicy meals from start to finish using fresh ingredients at a reasonable cost and in a relaxed environment. This will be much healthier and more authentic than most take away food. Each week will have a theme from a different country/area and dishes covered will include a Thai Pad Thai noodle dish, a Chinese Pepper sauce dish, Mexican Guacamole & Salsa, Spanish Patatas Bravas and an Indian Chicken Karhai curry. You will take your culinary creations home to enjoy for dinner! Special dietary requirements can usually be accommodated and the level of spicing can also be varied to suit your tastes
