This five week course will allow you to learn a variety of baking techniques to include cake making, enriched doughs, shortcrust pastry and ganache all with a Christmas theme. Each week you will usually be taught two dishes to allow for rising, chilling and resting. The dishes covered will be lemon drizzle cake and Christmas chelsea buns, gooey chocolate fondant pudding and Christmas biscuits, Stollen and Christmas muffins, mince pies and finally a yule log. Recipes will be emailed in advance which will also include any required equipment and list of ingredients for each class (the cost of which are not included in the course fee).
