French cooking is the basis to a lot of our techniques and skills that we use in our kitchens today. This is a hands-on cookery course which will give you ideas and confidence to create dishes that can be found on the tables of many homes and restaurants in France. On this course Line Laroche will guide you through the cuisines of the classic regions of Alsace Bordeaux Burgundy Champagne Loire and Rhone with mouth watering dishes.At the end of each evening youll take home all your lovely cooking to enjoy with friends and family. Please do let us know if you have an allergy or food intolerance when you enrol on any one of our cookery courses.
