French cooking is the basis to a lot of our techniques and skills that we use in our kitchens today. This is a hands-on cookery course which will give you ideas and confidence to create dishes that can be found on the tables of many homes and restaurants in France. On this course Line Laroche will guide you through the cuisines of the classic regions of Alsace Bordeaux Burgundy Champagne Loire and Rhone with mouth watering dishes.At the end of each evening youll take home all your lovely cooking to enjoy with friends and family. Please do let us know if you have an allergy or food intolerance when you enrol on any one of our cookery courses. This information is important and will ensure the tutor can plan alternative ingredients or recipes where necessary.Any extra cost incurred during course: Recipes and the ingredients list will be sent one week prior to the start of the first class.Equipment to be provided by student: Please bring an apron tea towels and all ingredients as listed in the recipes sent to you also some suitable container to take your delightful French cooking home in
