Human Resource Practice Level 3 Certificate (CIPD)

This programme is administrated and delivered through Reading College and is accredited by the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). The objective of the course is to provide you with a foundation in human resources management through a variety of learning experiences and obtain a widely recognised qualification within the HR sector. There will be a blend of theory practice and skills assessment in the six modules.

Entry requirements

Due to the HR content and assessment of this programme and the professional nature of the course being intended for those practicing Human Resources in their work role the following criteria will be used for enrolment onto this programme:1. You should be able to demonstrate that you work within a Human Resource role or a role with responsibility for HR functions and activities or are aspiring a career in HR2. You should be able to demonstrate a level of previous education to at least GCSE (Level 2) and equivalent.3. You should be able to demonstrate that you have the capacity and time to attend programme and undertake required out of college homework hours.4.
