Introduction to Lamb and Pork Butchery

This course is for anyone interested learning how to butcher lamb or pork, particularly if you wish to butcher your own animals. It will also help farmers to gain a better understanding of what a butcher is looking for in an animal. It is a one day hands on course in basic butchery. You will be shown how to butcher half a lamb and half a pig then talked through the process as you make each cut working on your own.
