Ideal if: you are interested in gaining a national qualification in Hair & Make-Up and would like to eventually pursue a career in the theatre, film or television industry. You'll need: two GCSEs at grade C or above in Maths and English or an equivalent qualification. You'll learn: excellent industry skills such as how to apply make-up, provide eyebrow and eyelash treatments, the art of photographic make-up, body art designs, colour and dress hair aswell as make and style hair additions. Expect: to work in a realistic working environment, this could include shows and competitions as well as working on clients. You'll love: the industry focus of this course, working in a fast-paced and creative environment. You'll go on to: employment, an apprenticeship, or further studies at level 3 Threatrical, Media & Special Effects Make-up.
