If you are interested in a career in the health and social care sectors, then this course is perfect for you. It will provide you with the opportunity to develop a range of skills, techniques and personal attributes essential for progression into study at a higher level or the workplace. This will be achieved by gaining knowledge and experience of working in a wide rand of settings, and will give you an insight into the Heath and Social Care sector. Study will combine theoretical subjects with work experience, allowing you to put into practice what you have learned, while working within a range of different Health and Social Care settings. The course comprises classroom activity, lectures, group work, workshops, individual study and work experience.
