This fast track course is specifically designed to allow you to complete a BTEC Diploma in IT at level 3 in one year. By successfully completing the course you will achieve the equivalent of two A-levels and gain UCAS points, depending on the grades you achieve. You will study a range of computer related subjects, including: website production and management, communicating in the IT industry, computer animation, computer games. You will learn using different techniques, including: lectures, demonstrations, self-directed study, practical work, tutorials, online activities. You will be involved in work-related simulations to help you gain experience through realistic working environments. You'll be able to access resources relating to your course using the college Virtual Learning Environment (Moodle).
