Our Business, Computing and Education courses are based at our Kettering and Wellingborough campuses. We have links with local organisations who commission our students with 'live' project work providing work-based learning and enriching their education. Our experienced lecturers will take you through each of the elements of your chosen course, providing practical examples to ensure that the theories learnt can be applied to the working environment. Success rates across our Higher Education programmes are high and many of our students progress onto a further one year of study to gain a full Honours degree. The HNC course covers the following core subjects: - Business environment - Managing financial resources and decisions - Organisational behaviour - Marketing principles Optional units include: - Management accounting - Costing and budgeting - Advertising and promotion in business - English legal system - The internet and e-business The HND Course covers the following core subjects: - Aspects of contract and negligence for business - Business decision making - Business strategy - Research project Optional units may be chosen, subject to demand, from a management or marketing pathway.
