This course is designed to teach learners the basics of floristry, with an introduction to the tools used, care and conditioning of plant materials, the Principals and Elements of Design and a selection of different types of floral design, using flowers available at varying seasons throughout the year. The course is suitable for beginners to floristry. Beginner's courses may be taken throughout the year, so that students have an opportunity to use flowers available in the different seasons
