Covers a range of law, practice and skills-based topics. Each of the units will be individually assessed in either January or June. This course will consist of: Introduction to Law & Practice; Legal Research Skills; Client Care Skills; Law of Tort; and Civil Litigation. The Certificate can be taken in order to achieve a stand-alone qualification, or as the first year of the CILEX Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law & Practice.
